PM-DAKSH scheme now merged into PMKVY; 1.87 lakh candidates trained between 2020-21 and 2023-24
A fact sheet from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment says the PM-DAKSH scheme was merged into the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana from 2024-25. Between 2020-21 and 2023-24, 1,87,305 candidates were trained and 96,162 were given employment.
